Notre Dame's Audric Estime gives insight into NFL Combine meeting with Ravens
Matt Cashore-USA TODAY Sports

Baltimore Ravens general manager Eric DeCosta made clear during a press conference at the 2024 NFL Scouting Combine that he has plans to bolster his team’s depth out at running back. He could turn to the 2024 NFL Draft to address this matter, such as by bringing in former Notre Dame running back Audric Estime.

Estime made the most out of his final season at Notre Dame. He recorded career highs in both yards from scrimmage (1,483) and total touchdowns (18). He also added another dimension to Notre Dame’s pass offense, tallying 17 receptions for 142 receiving yards.

Estime has touched base with a few teams at this year’s NFL Scouting Combine. Among them, he confirmed on Friday that he has indeed met with the Ravens.

"That's just a great opportunity," Estime said at the 2024 NFL Scouting Combine. "I had John [Harbaugh] in a room, and it's just a great opportunity.

"They think high of me."

Estime could see himself fitting in with the Lamar Jackson-led Ravens offense.

"Lamar is a great player," Estime said. "They're a great team as a whole and I think I would be a very good fit and I would love to play for them."

Estime is widely projected to be selected in the fourth round of the 2024 NFL Draft. So, if the Ravens were to draft him outside of the top three rounds, it sure would be viewed as a low-risk, high-reward move.
